The series currently consists of two fansink assemblies, specifically designed to cool the P4 2.0 GHz and 1.7 GHz models. All of Radian’s P4 fansinks come pre-assembled with a fan, attachment clip and aluminum heatsink.

Performance
With thermal resistances of 0.329° C/W (2.0 GHz model) and 0.395° C/W (1.7 GHz model), Radian’s P4 fansinks can easily accommodate the rigorous cooling demands of high performance P4 processors. The heatsinks used in all of Radian’s P4 coolers are made from Aluminum 6063. However, the 2.0 GHz model is provided with a copper-embedded base for enhanced thermal performance to better accommodate the faster processor speed.

Weight and Dimensions
The total dimensions of the assemblies in Radian’s P4 series measure to 89.0 mm x 63.5 mm x 63.0 mm (h). These dimensions easily accommodate the 96.52 mm x 78.74 mm x 71.12 mm (h) space allowance provided by the surrounding system. Overall weight for both available coolers is 261 g-well below Intel’s 450 g limit, which must be met in order to withstand mechanical shock and vibration requirements.

Accessories
All Radian P4 fansink assemblies come with an attachment clip that conforms to Intel’s mounting specifications. Upon request, optional interface material can also be provided with the final product.

Pricing and Availability
There is immediate availability for all products and accessories in Radian’s P4 fansink line.
